RBS In Court Over DDA
In the news this week the Platform Lift Company has heard that Court of Appeal has upheld an injunction ordering the Royal Bank of Scotland to undertake £200K of building work so that it becomes DDA compliant. It is the first service provider of its kind to be given a compulsory building alteration injunction under the Disability Discrimination Act.
